Egiptuse turismiseadus seab ekskursioonikorraldajatele piirangud.

Vastavalt Egiptuse Turismiministeeriumi seadusele saab osaleda vaid selle reisikorraldaja ning tema partneri poolt korraldatavatel ekskursioonide, kelle kaudu on Egiptusesse reisitud. Antud seadus kehtib kõikide reisikorraldajatega Egiptusesse reisides.

The Minister of Tourism in Egypt has admitted that:

Article 1:
The Ministry of Tourism co-operating with the travel agencies' chamber will give all permissions for organizing all kinds of excursions through Red Sea and South Sinai governorate in condition of:
1-The travel agency must have a valid license class A
2-The travel agency must inform the travel agencies' chamber by an official application form.
3-The travel agency must ensure that all the information of the applications is correct and complete.
4-All the listed tourists of the excursions must belong to the related travel agency and to be registered in the arrival lists of this travel agency.
5- The travel agency must assign an official representative to get all the permissions and provide the information needed.
6- The travel agency representative must hold a valid license of the travel agencies' chamber.

Article 2
Controllers of the travel agencies' chamber will check up all the escorting groups through the convoy points and all the checkpoints.

Article 3
This decision to be carried out starting from Sept 2006
